Quality Inn Sidney I-80

We arrived at the hotel 10 mins after booking it online through Booking.com; Jimmy, the front desk person, already had it printed out with the room keys attached. Jimmy also helped a person stuck in the snow in the parking lot and before that, helped us with a TV issue (he arrived at our door less than 5 mins after we called the front desk and resolved it in a couple of minutes!). There were several people due to the I-80 closure but he attended to everyone with grace and efficiency. The breakfast was great: both hot and cold options, plenty of food and a clean eating area. Our room was clean, didn’t reek of Febreze like others we’ve stayed in and the bed was comfortable. Carpet was clean and didn’t show signs of spills or over-use. We were very nicely surprised and treated well by the friendly staff and a well-maintained facility.

The room was really clean. At the time of check in I met the General Manager Doveen whom was there at the desk training a new staff member. They were both very nice and personable.
